NBR is a synthetic rubber copolymer of acrylonitrile (ACN) and butadiene. Although its physical and chemical properties vary depending on the polymer’s composition of nitrile, this form of synthetic rubber is unusual in being generally resistant to oil, fuel, and other chemicals. It is used in the automotive industry to make fuel and oil handling hoses, seals and grommets.

NR is widely used because it is an alternative material to synthetics. In most of its useful forms, it has a large stretch ratio, high resilience, and is extremely waterproof. Anti vibration rubber used for automiles and rubber mats are the major applications.
This is a product which uses SBR/BR, a widely-used rubber for general purposes, as the base polymer. Most of the products are blended with natural rubber, and supply of single products is available depending on the use. Products suitable to various industrial materials, belts, hoses, shoes, and tires are supplied.
This is a rubber adding Chlorine instead of methyl to the structural formula of natural rubber, which has the same elasticity as NR, relatively superb heat-resistance, oil-resistance, and weather-resistance compared to NR and SBR, which are the general purpose rubbers, and similar ozone-resistance as NBR. The use for this rubber is for CVJ-boots, dust covers, and hoses.
Unlike EPDM, NBR, or CR, this synthetic rubber evenly showing the qualities of heat-resistance, oil-resistance, ozone-resistance, and cold-resistance, provides diverse products depending on the degree of demand regarding cold-resistance. This rubber is also widely used in hoses, gaskets, sealing products for transmissions, and oil-filter gaskets. This rubber has more outstanding oil-resistance, heat-resistance, and ozone-resistance compared to NBR.
This synthetic rubber that reduces the double defects by adding hydrogen to NBR has especially outstanding oil-resistance, gas-proof penetrability, and heat-resistance. The mechanical strength is also more outstanding than NBR. This rubber is used in components such as sealing, o-ring, fuel oil systems, and air compressors.
